CLASS FORMAT:

Pranayama (breathwork), Gentle upper body stretches: (15 minutes)

Yin yoga: (45 minutes)

Guided meditation and Savasana: (15 minutes)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

A minimum of 2 blocks per person

I would also suggest a bolster/rolled up towel, cushions etc.

A blanket for Savasana at the end
